REGISTRATION / PREPARATION

  1. The graduation ceremony is opened every semester in February, May, August, and September (date and time are adjusted)
  2. Students confirm in the Administration section to check SKS / Grades as administrative eligibility for the graduation ceremony
  3. Make sure the student data in the SIA (Academic Information System) is correct / in accordance with the original (such as: Full Name (including uppercase, commas, and other signs, also pay attention if there is a difference in the full name between the birth certificate and KK / KTP / Diploma), Gender, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Mother's Name, NIM, etc.)
  4. Students register with the administration section (K1) by preparing the following matters : 

    a. Download Form Judication Prodi PBI
    b. Download Form Judication Prodi PMAT
    c. Download Form Judication Prodi ILKOR
    d. Download Form Judication Prodi BK
    e. Download Form Diploma & Graduation Biodata
    f. Special Form free of charge for the Judicial Library, please contact the Library section

  5. The form is completed and placed in the Administration Section of Campus 1 (Center)
  6. The Administration Section will check the documents as eligibility to participate in the Judicial Examination


IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Students must arrive at least 30 minutes before the graduation ceremony takes place
  2. Students are required to wear traditional clothing from regions in Indonesia
  3. Students follow the graduation ceremony solemnly
  4. After the graduation ceremony ends, they can submit a Certificate of Graduation at the Campus 1 Administration Office by submitting a Colored Photo, Blue Background, size 4x6, 1 sheet.


POST JUDICATION

  1. Students are expected to fill out the SKPI Form (Certificate of Diploma Accompaniment) in SIA (Academic Information System)
  2. Prepare the certificate information to be inputted in SIA: Certificate year (try to use the last 5 years), Indonesian title, and English title.
  3. There are 6 certificate categories as SKPI

    a.  Achievements and Awards
    b. Leadership in Organization
    c. Intense training of at least 8 hours by association/organization
    d. Certificate of expertise in scientific field & TOEFL
    e. Work Practice / Internship
    f. Seminar/Workshop

  4. When writing the certificate information, please provide specific information, for example:

    a. 1st Place Badminton Sportify Cup 2024 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UMB Yogyakarta
    b. Chair of the Committee for Campus Life Introduction for New Students (PKKMB) 2024 UMB Yogyakarta
    c. Participant of Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) 2024 "Upgrade Yourself To Be A good Leader" organized by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta
    d. Passed the TOEFL English Proficiency Test (EPT) organized by the UMB Yogyakarta Language Training Center with a score of ….
    e. Participant of Field Introduction Program II (PPL II) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta, Placement in …
    f. Speaker of the 2024 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education National Seminar with the Theme "Teaching in the Digital Era: Building Digital Competence and Innovative Pedagogy Based on Culture"

  5. If ENTRY or input FAILS, please contact the FKIP Hotline for help checking errors
  6. The writing of the activity title must be written in English, make sure the GRAMMAR or GRAMMAR (ENGLISH) is appropriate and correct
  7. The Administration Section will verify the accuracy of the data filled in, if the certificate is not appropriate, the TU has the right to disapprove/delete the certificate entry in SKPI
